No, that's not possible for the moment.

Just install mIRC, ChatZilla or IceChat to connect to IRC, it's easy

Truth is you get huge speeds while loading maps, while your dead etc its hard to be sure you cheat but I will try...

maybe try a frequency of fast accelarations per minute: how many times per minute does a player accelarate too fast. (and teleporting around)
