[3.0] Levels and experience!

Levels and experience system:

Everything you do in the game will earn you (or sometimes drop) experience points. When you reach specific amount of experience, you will level up.
Levels will earn you different stuff, they won't really give you an adventage over the rest, you will see them when it's time :P
