no, gta sa was always to faast.......it was not always the same probleme...some time very speed, some time a litle, some time it's ok...
i have try to desabled on the bios the multiprosc, to desable the liter IPS on gta config display, and i have try your solution...and a have send to you the windows in the end of the procedur....but i have always the same probleme.....i was desesperate..hmmmm...if you have another solution .....?......i will be very hapy.....thx again GAMERS....
