Able to detect spawnkilling?  Player kill player2 repeatedlly within an amt of time. Den drop him lyk wad the driveby do.

- Add a spawn-protection-system so noone will get spawnkillied nomore

+Spwan protection system can be - u can't play people when don't move for about 7 second after spawn

4) Yeah, maybe even less than 7sec, plus when you are on spawn protection you have fire arms disabled

This is the way to solve spawnkill problem, dropping a player after he does "a number of" spawnkills is a stupid thing.

time out don't affect spree. Spree doesnt get reset on quit

the script is really good i like it all apart from the getcar points. Because to be honest whats the point in owning a car if you can only spawn in certain areas. Other than that the script is brilliant
